01Short, focused sessions

Teams book slots with you during the 48–72 hour window. Expect quick conversations, not long reviews.

02Guide, don't build

Help teams scope, unblock and prioritize. The product and the decisions stay theirs.

03Optional next step

Individual mentors are hackathon-only. Investor-mentors can stay through the four-month build phase.
