02Onboarding call
A short call to walk through the cohort schedule, scoring and what is expected of you.
03Judge, invest, optionally mentor
Join a Presentation Day panel or Demo Day. Mentoring through the build phase is opt-in.
Watch, question, score
Each team gets a scheduled slot, typically five minutes, with optional investor Q&A. You score and vote during or after the presentations, and winning teams are announced.
Evaluate the finished product
Four months later teams present the real product. You look at traction and metrics, not just a pitch, and decide on larger funding.

Judging and mentoring, in one seat
Any investor can opt in as an investor-mentor. During the hackathon they sit alongside individual mentors; once the build phase starts, investor-mentors are the only mentors teams can choose from.
